In a press convention held nearest the assembly, NDMC vp Satish Upadhyay mentioned, “the CM’s attitude of leaving the meeting abruptly not only affects the progress on the NDMC’s development works but also delays discussion and approval of issues pertaining to the employees benefits”.

On Wednesday, when the CM was questioned about the measures taken to reduce air pollution, increasing number of dengue and malaria cases, he simply adjourned the meeting for a month and left. AAP in MCD is not even releasing with weekly report of vector-borne disease. Even in G20 summit, CM did nothing to supervise work and do coordination meetings,” alleged NDMC member Kuljeet Chahal.
Chahal added that Fee for Breeze Property Control record in NCR and adjacent grounds said that 561 circumstances of stubble burning reported in AAP-ruled Punjab which is 5 instances upper than the circumstances reported in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

“It has been observed that tenders for allotment of parking lots, handling over maintenance for PTUs, revamp of Shivaji Stadium and many other projects could not receive bids or succeed for various reasons. In fact, there are cases where multiple tenders were called for projects and no success achieved. This is resulting in waste of time and funds. We have suggested the formation of a committee to understand the financial and technical glitches and mitigate them in a time-bound manner,” mentioned Upadhyay.
